Excellence Marketing Named Rane "BF Stone" Award Winner
		Mukilteo, Wash – At the recent National Association of Music Merchants trade show in January, Rane presented Excellence Marketing (Eden Prairie, MN) with it’s prestigious "BF Stone" Award. Excellence Marketing has represented Rane in Minnesota, North & South Dakota and western Wisconsin since 1992.

The true meaning of this exclusive award is kept secret, known only to those winners who have been previously honored (and sworn to silence). Asked for an explanation, Jon Ferren, Regional Manager for Rane noted that "Excellence Marketing and Ken Simons are a joy to work with", adding that "this award honors Ken, Paul and Patrick for a job well done in 1999." When pressed for further background information on who B.F. Stone is (or was), Ferren refused comment, noting only that he could neither confirm nor deny the long-standing rumors that Stone is the patent holder of record of Rane’s legendary PI-14 Psuedoacoustic Infector.
